1. Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to your use of OhmStrong, a fitness, workout, nutrition, and progress-tracking application operated by OhmegaIX. By downloading or using OhmStrong, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your license to the iOS app is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA on a matter Apple controls, the Apple Standard EULA applies.

2. Fitness and health disclaimer

OhmStrong provides general fitness, nutrition, tracking, and informational tools. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Estimates, recommended ranges, calorie values, exercise information, and scanned nutrition data may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, take medication, or have concerns about your health. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptoms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining control of the Apple account and device used to access OhmStrong and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information, use the app lawfully, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your OhmStrong account from Account settings in the app.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of routines, programs, logs, photos, recipes, and other content you create. You give us a limited permission to host, process, copy, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the features you choose, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to bypass security, access another person’s account, or disrupt the service.
• Reverse engineer or copy the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use automated means to scrape, overload, or misuse the service.
• Represent app estimates or user-created content as medical advice.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep OhmStrong reliable, but the app and cloud services may occasionally be unavailable. Keep appropriate independent records of information that is important to you.

7. Third-party services

OhmStrong may interact with services provided by Apple, Supabase, and other infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

OhmStrong, its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by OhmegaIX or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app as permitted by the Apple Standard EULA.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OhmStrong is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly required by law. You remain responsible for exercise selection, technique, nutrition decisions, and verifying information before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OhmegaIX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account through the app. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms.

11. Changes and contact
