1. Overview

OhmStrong is a fitness, workout, nutrition, and progress-tracking application operated by OhmegaIX (“OhmStrong,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the app processes, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

OhmStrong is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Information we process

Account information

When you sign in with Apple, we may receive an Apple-linked user identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address. We use this information to authenticate your account and provide account-based features.

Workout, nutrition, and progress data

The app may process routines, programs, exercise logs, workout results, nutrition entries, recipes, goals, body measurements, preferences, progress history, and other content you choose to create. This information is used to provide the app’s core features and, when account backup is enabled, to restore or synchronize your information across supported devices.

Apple Health data

With your permission, OhmStrong may read or write selected health and fitness information through Apple Health. Read and write permissions are requested separately and can be changed in iOS Settings. Raw Apple Health samples remain under Apple Health’s controls. OhmStrong may store derived summaries, such as nightly sleep summaries, and app-generated fitness records needed to display recovery and progress features.

Photos and camera

When you scan a nutrition label, the selected image is processed on your device using Apple technologies and is not uploaded by OhmStrong. If you separately choose to add a progress photo or other user content to an account feature, that selected content may be stored with your account to provide that feature.

Technical information

We and our infrastructure providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as app version, request timestamps, authentication events, device or session identifiers, and error information. We do not use this information to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

3. How we use information

• Provide workout, nutrition, progress, backup, and account features.
• Authenticate users and protect account access.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve reliability and safety.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or Health data. We do not use Health data for advertising.

4. Storage and service providers

Some information is stored on your device first. Account authentication, backup, database, and file-storage functions are supported by Supabase and its underlying infrastructure. Apple provides Sign in with Apple, Apple Health, and on-device image-processing technologies. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments while supporting the relevant feature.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain account information and backed-up content while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account and its backed-up data from Account settings in the app. Information stored only on your device can be removed through the app or by deleting the app. Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.

6. Your choices

• Control Apple Health permissions from iOS Settings.
• Review and edit detected nutrition-label values before saving.
• Choose what information and optional content you add to the app.
• Delete your account and backed-up data from Account settings.
• Contact us to ask a privacy question or request assistance.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

OhmStrong is a general fitness application and is not directed to children who are not legally able to consent to data processing in their location. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

9. International processing

Depending on where you live and where our service providers operate, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use service providers and safeguards appropriate to the services we offer and applicable requirements.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
